My name is Albert Marius Lazar.
I started working as a junior Linux Sys Admin then Customer Support Manager in IT field for a company that was providing shared support.
For the last six years I've been configuring Zendesk and Freshdesk accounts, according to my customers business needs.
This involved learning about how the business works, what are the customer expectations, and providing the most suitable workflow in
order to achieve the pre-set objectives.
Since every company wants to bring their touch on the help center, often, I would re-code their Zendesk Guide or Freshdesk Portal, as you
can see on my portfolio page.
